One of Tibet’s greatest gift to us is the profound and beautiful spiritual path of Tibetan Buddhism, which offers tools and hope to anyone who wishes to live a more meaningful life, experience joy, be relieved of emotional pain and suffering, and generally be a more calm and happy human being. It’s no accident that the Tibetan people, known for their enduring kindness, resilience and good cheer, are inextricably connected to Tibetan Buddhism. We don’t pretend to be experts on this vast, deep and ancient spiritual tradition, but we are profoundly curious and keen to know more. Explore with us if you wish, whether as a curious newcomer who is simply interested to know more about this gentle and free spiritual path, or an experienced practitioner, walking the path with beginner’s mind.
